Infrared Thermographic Analysis of SWGRs (Switchgears)
This is where our infrared camera comes into play to do a non-contact scrutiny to switchgear and control panels to reveal abnormal temperature rises. In this manner, loose connections or overloads will be indicated with the presence of hot spots. Its early detection saves equipment failure and fire threats.
What we do:
We inspect switchgear panels using Infrared cameras to help you identify temperature irregularities.
Hot spots are formed due to loose connections, overloading, or components deterioration which can be tracked via thermal imaging.
Mapping the temperature reading data and comparing it with the tolerating range.
Produce thermal images for a better visual guidance.
Based on the severity, immediate or planned corrective actions are recommended.


Transformer & Motor Tripping Analysis
